Wally Palmar is a Ukrainian-American musician, singer, songwriter and composer. He is best known as a founding member and lead singer of The Romantics, a rock band from Detroit, Michigan, formed in 1977.

Fran was featured as the lead vocalist on the "Walk On" Album which sold over a million copies worldwide. Certified Platinum in America and certified Platinum in Canada.
